Preserving Our Redemptoristine History

March 23, 2023Jennifer Vess, Denver Province archivist from Philadelphia, visited Liguori from March 2-9 and helped the Redemptoristines prepare for the closing of the monastery.
Jennifer helped them sort and label items for the archives, some of which go back to April 1960, the beginning of the Liguori foundation. After looking through the various materials, she boxed them and shipped them to the building specially dedicated to the archives located in Philadelphia near the Shrine of St. John Neumann that serves both the Baltimore and Denver Provinces.
Jennifer hopes to return later in the year to work on the archives for St. Clement’s and the “Rock” Church.
